For holding lights, microphones, or other photo/video/audio accessories, these little doodads are invaluable. I think I have six of them now, and I'm using four regularly around my desktop (which functions as a YouTube studio). Now that I have them, I can't believe they're not included with every light stand, boom arm, or super clamp.

Using these to attach a magic arm to a mic stand with a rod clamp. Works perfectly. It’s great having the nut to super tighten it down with a wrench.
