The first thing I do when I get a new measuring tool is to check the accuracy. I have one very high priced tool known for their accuracy, and I test all my other measuring tools against it. This tool is accurate from 0 to 24". That is what you buy this for, to be accurate, and it is.

I love this ruler. Very easy to read and good thick metal. I like the hook, but it can be removed or placed on the other end.

The fit and finish on these is great. Measurements are accurate and like that the hook can be removed. Used it a few times and has worked for what I need in my woodworking shop.
