I have an SP-200 IDEALARC Welder that I bought new some 25 or 30 years ago. Everything on the SP-200 is original and I have to say, it's been a great welder. Long story short, I broke the connection side of my gun and needed a part to repair it. Called my local big name welding supply from where I originally purchased the machine. No need to go into details except to say - after weeks of giving the same information over and over, I decided to find the parts myself. Glad I did. In almost one phone call, I had answers to my questions and what couldn't be answered was researched. It's important that everyone, including a buyer, do their part in making sure things will work the first time. Not to say mistakes can't be made, but at least it can be said that everyone did the best they could. ArcWeld contacted me by phone and emails and within a day and a half I was ready to pull the trigger. This company took a personal interest in my problem as though I lived nearby in the same community and had been their customer forever. Selling a product is one thing, but taking care of a customer is another. That should say it all. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
