I just received my 4th Westinghouse Heated throw ! I just got the grey / large ribbed style ! I love that it’s SO thick & not see thru like others (I returned those). The snow leopard faux fur throws were my first 2 & they were so very soft, my dogs took them over 😂 … I finally bought this one just for me !WHAT I LOVE :1) The 10 hour (safety) heat ! When I leave for work, I can keep this on low & it’s my fur babies favorite spot to watch their dog / cat TV while I’m gone 😂 ! So many others I’ve tried turn off after a couple hours 🤔 🤷ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸ (even if on a “4 hour settingâ€) these are true to their time setting & true to their heat levels !Plus safety from overheating.2) SUPER SOFT … even the Sherpa side !3) VERY THICK ….feels high quality - NOT cheap !4) Cleans easily ! I’ve washed the Snow Leopard throws multiple times & they still work beautifully & feel soft.I really hope they don’t stop making these !! I’ve bought sooo many over the years, of almost every brand & these are no doubt my #1 top pick. Yes, they were more expensive than some of the $20-30 throws ! But when they “flash†on / off & I have to get up …unplug it to “reset†it 🙄 only for it to start flashing again 😒🤦ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸ The uneven heat ? Hot in places / no heat in other spots ? But the last one that was literally see through was my last attempt at getting a “deal†! Definitely : You get what you pay for !! These have worked consistently & reliably for over a year now & I am thrilled !Westinghouse : Please never stop making these throws just like this ! All we need is more color / style options (although there are several to choose from) One of my all time favorite Amazon purchases !

This blanket is luxurious! Thick plush fur that makes it extra soft. There are many different settings - making it easy to adjust temperature & automatic timer. Warms up quickly. The twin size was enough for one person to be covered and cozy! This was worth the splurge!

*UPDATE* - BOTH sides shed (see photo), I'm not going to bother trying to wash this before I return it - this isn't just lose fibers, it's terrible fabric.Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 & it's going back. The heat was lovely, the size was good, what material stayed attached to the blanket was silky & pleasant but the shedding makes this worthless to me.****I honestly can't believe how much the sherpa side of this blanket shed!! I woke up COVERED IN white fluff, like I'd been wading through a giant teddy bear's entrails.I'm worried that I've breathed a bunch of it in while sleeping. There's seriously a danger of getting one of those lung diseases you got from working in an old-timey textile mill.Don't ask me how my couch looks.It is exceptional at warming and I love how silky the top of the blanket feels, but I wish I'd washed it before using. I'm going to try now to see if that fixes it, otherwise it's going back.

Doesn’t get hot enough. I bought because it had 10 levels and honestly it doesn’t get hot. I’m not sure if it’s broken or what but very disappointed especially with how much I paid. The blanket is super comfy and I love the material just wish it got hotUpdate: the company is amazing, they saw my review and took it seriously! I got a replacement blanket that works great and because of the shedding and random tread hoops I keep getting stuck in, they offered different solutions to help! Amazing customer service! Upgrading from 2 stars to 4!

This blanket was a hit this Christmas, I bought one for my grandmother and one for myself i slept with it one time because my mother took it because she loves it so much. I mainly liked it for its thickness and ease of use, it was so warm but not hot. I will be getting another since its not a bad price

So soft and feels like a real fur like blanket. I’m just out of the hospital with 4 broken bones and ten limb sprains. This lovely heated blanket gives me so much needed comfort and it helps in the pan relief! After icing, I used the higher heat level like a heating pad, which worked for many functions at once. Using it put a smile on my face for the past two months and counting… I’m not physically healed yet, but this blanket gives me a needed smile and great healing comfort in my darkest, painful days! Highly recommended as a gift for anyone… especially a wounded ole gal like me! :) I love it!!! If you lose power in the winter and have a generator, this will keep several of you plenty warm.
