This item was cheaper than some of the others, so I assumed it was a cheap knock off. I was pleasantly surprised when i opened the package to find it was labled as the factory model (undated for newer batteries). Even included manufacturers warranty info. Worked like it should, fairly easy to install.

Converter stopped working in a 1 year old travel trailer I use part time as a home. Converter was delivered on time (within 24 hour). Easy to install. Working great. Would buy again, Hopefully I don't have to.
