Purchased this as a gift for my parents for valentines. They said their sleep quality improved and it functions as described. Comfort is 9/10 since I got the 2 inches only. My dad reported pain relief so I think its worth it.

I would recommend this mattress topper. It’s very comfy and can be used on either side; the flat side or the contouring side. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love this mattress pad! My bed was sagging horribly and this solved the issue. It's firm and holds its shape.

We purchased a 3" king topper. We unpacked said topper and allowed 2 days for it to expand. It expanded to the designated 3" depth. We then installed it on the bed and found it to be quite firm and the memory foam was slow to return to original position, so when you shift at night it doesn't shift with you. Making it uncomfortable and difficult to return to sleep. In order to return the topper they require it to be returned in its original packaging. How do you do that when it is vacuum sealed originally. So, in essence you can't return it.... So be aware that once you open it its yours.

Got it as a topper for a mattress that wasn't thick enough. It added a few more inches but still felt a little on the thin side. It is working for now.

I was really hesitant to pull the trigger on this. Our bamboo mattress "crunches" getting in and out, and that drove my wife nuts because it was so loud it would wake the other up. I thought 3" was too thick but after reading several reviews on 2" toppers, I decided to go with 3" and I'm really glad I did. It's the perfect thickness and I tried it with both sides up and they're both equally great. I'm laying on the solid side now because it's winter. When I lay down, it's immediately so comfortable that I don't usually move for over half an hour. Also, I've always been a side-sleeper, even though I know that's not good for you. I can sleep on either side with this - but - now I can sleep on my back, and I do mostly now. This is one really comfortable topper. FYI, I'm not being compensated in any way for this review.

Returned. It did not fit our king size mattress, it was hanging off on all sides because of how large it was. A Regular fitted sheet does not fit on top of the mattress and topper. It was soft but ultimately bothered me more than just having our regular mattress.
