Exactly as described. Shipped quickly.These are good quality at a decent price. They don't seem to be terribly brittle. Transfers color over dark paper well. Easy to put a decent point on them. Pretty pleased so far.

Great pencils. Work great, easy to use, and they are smooth. Only issue I had with one pencil is that the lead kept break when I would sharpen it, but that is probably due to me accidentally dropping it. Other than that they are awesome.
