This product is extremely easy and amazing to use!I tried the B-hyve system and it was total garbage. I am a very tech savvy young man and still was having difficulty even getting it to connect to all its components. It had bugs all throughout its software that drove me absolutely nuts AND the app cost me $10 that I was never refunded.. too nuanced and wouldn’t work. Had to delete the app from my phone and reinstall the entire system to even get it to barely work. Most of the time it wouldn’t even see my WiFi.So I went with my gut instinct and found something that looked like the people that made it actually care. That’s when I found this gem!The app is by far the best user experience I could ask for and I am a UX designer. And it’s free! Doesn’t have a weird Pro version for something I’ve already paid for. It took me 5min to set up the app after initially plugging in the Bluetooth to WiFi hub and installing the smart water controller onto the faucet with the plumbers tape that was included. It’s very responsive and the notifications are nice to have so you can tell if it’s on or not without visiting the app. If I start it manually from the app, it has about a .5 second delay from the moment I push start until the moment it starts. It also has a smart system that will cancel your daily schedule if it rains or will rain that day. So, drought no-more!It was pretty easy to get my wife added to the app account so that she and I can manage the same system from anywhere and see when either of use run the water so that we don’t accidentally do it more than we should.Overall if fits perfectly in the not too much or not enough category. It feel like they really tired not to overwhelm the user and deliver a great product!Thank you and hope this helps with your search to not kill us all by over watering your yard 😘

Second year of using it and mostly happy.Have 3 double zone and 1 single zone valves connected to the same hub (so the three other hubs that came w/ valves are laying as "spare parts"). No wi-fi issues (even after upgrading to router that has dual band but a single name). Note: the hub has 3 communication paths: Bluetooth to your phone/ipad during setup, wi-fi to your router, and RFID to individual valves (to ensure long range connectivity). The only problems so far were with one of the valves going off-line once every month, but I believe it was due to the corroded battery contact that was causing micro power surges (I hope).Cons: software is not polished, lots of small annoying bugs. Support/help option is leading to a "page missing" screen. iPad version has some buttons not calibrated with screen location -minor but really annoying. Some features of the software are great though - for example, it keeps log, however only for few days.

3rd Update. Got the replacement just about a month ago and last night once again it would not turn off and my garden was flooded. I turned it off at the source. Tried everything today to manually stop the flow and turn it off at the app. Nothing worked. I wont even bother replacing it again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this device.2nd Update: After a good amount of back and forth with the vendor including the requirement to send a video of the problem, they sent me a replacement. I will see how long this one lasts.Update:It worked great until it didn't. A month after purchase, the valve does not turn off. I have flooded my garden 3 times because the app tells me it turned off but the water is still running. I cant even turn if off manually from the unit. I have reached out to the vendor for support.I purchased this to replace another timer that I was having trouble with and had to return several times. This one set up very easily and quickly. Control through the app is very simple and allows for both scheduled and manual control. Mine is connected to a drip irrigation system that takes care of 3 garden beds. It had never failed to run as scheduled. I also like that it has a weather option to automatically skip a timed session if it rains. You can also manually tell it to skip for 24 hours or more if it is raining alot. What more can I say, it does what it is designed to do and does it well.

The irrigation timer connected to my wireless 2.4GHz network using the easy to follow instructions. The hub did not connect and the excellent Diivoo customer service solved the issue right away. I now enjoy the convenience of watering my greenhouse with simple Alexa voice commands, or by the programmable Diivoo timer menu. This is a very good design at a price lower than most other controllers that is backed up by great service.

After using it for 2 years it broke. Everything works except for the valve not opening all the way, resulting in loss of water pressure.

I had trouble in the set up and called the helpline. The person I spoke to was in Ontario, knew his product. Top tip, don't try lithium batteries, that was my error. Have been using all summer no issues. App is easy to use, helpline talked me through the install.

Estamos encantados con esta compra, lo conectamos vía Wi-Fi y como salimos de viaje. Muy seguido podemos regar el jardín desde cualquier parte. Es de muy fácil instalación y puedes programar riegos, seguidos por calendario..

Got the timer with the wifi hub a couple of years ago, then got another timer for the other side of the house last summer. So far both have worked wonderfully. I take them inside over the winter because we regularly get -25 or lower, but they stay out all spring and summer. They were pretty easy to set up on our wifi, and when I got the second timer, it was very easy to add on to the existing hub.I can set up regular watering times, with different durations; I used extra flow control valves on each outlet to set different pressures, so I could use them for different purposes, like gently watering flowers/herbs for 15 minutes/day on one outlet, and using the other outlet on full flow to water lawn for half an hour every 2 days. It even has presets like Even Days or Odd Days, so you can follow municipal watering restrictions. You can turn individual outlets on/off from the app, or using Google Assistant, using names that you assign ("Hey, Google, turn on the Front South Hose" or "Hey Google, turn off the Flower Bed"), and you can set a rain delay, so if the forecast if for rain the next few days, you can tell the app to NOT follow the watering schedule for those days.Definitely glad I got these.
