I bought these after a co worker recommended them. After the second use, the magnet came out of my 3/8s. Little disappointed cause that's the size I use 90% of the time. All the other ones have been fine and retained their magnets. Would have given them 5 stars if i didnt lose the magnet. Overall still pretty decent.
