I initially wanted a smaller size, but after using these in my cookie sheets I'm sold!! They are high quality, dishwasher safe and come clean easily.They are functional as just on the counter top to cool baked goods or use in the oven on a cookie sheet for even baking.

PRO:-good quality finish on both the racks and trays, has withstood multiple runs through the dishwasher without showing any rusting or pitting.-nice rolled lip, providing good rigidity all the way around the tray.-racks fit perfectly within the trays-pack of 2 for less than some competitors would charge for 1!!!-uncoated stainless steel means you can be REALLY rough when scrubbing, don't worry about damaging the finish.-Dishwasher safe, whether or not the manufacturer claims they are. Mine have been through the wash plenty of times without any ill effects.CON (honestly none, just confirming what I read in other reviews and giving my thoughts):-made of fairly thin (albeit high-quality) stainless sheet steel. If you expose it to very high heat, it may warp, but should warp back if allowed to cool slowly. Mine have been used under my broiler on high without any ill-effects.-because the metal is thin, I wouldn't suggest using these for an extremely heavy roast or bake. They're great for up to 12 or maybe 15 lbs on a single sheet, but I wouldn't recommend more than that. Don't make a huge turkey on these (but duh, they aren't meant for that)-pans are uncoated, and that's both a positive and negative. It means you can be very rough with scrubbing them clean. but it also means that anything with fats or carbohydrates is very likely to burn onto the pan and be difficult to remove. I suggest putting a layer of aluminum foil over the pans when using them, but a silpat would work great too.5/5 would recommend to a friend, will probably buy more.

These baking sheets work! They do twist a bit at higher temperatures but it would not affect cooking too much unless it's an item that releases juices and then that settles on one side. They do work and are fairly easy to clean. I usually line mine with parchment paper to save the cleanup. The cookie rack is good quality and is pretty handy for air frying fries and other items.

I was looking for something to use with my Ninja air fryer that was smaller than the original pan and also easier to clean than the air fryer basket that comes with the Ninja. This fit the bill perfectly. First, there are two pans and two racks that are just the right size for doing single serving sizes like two pieces of pizza or a single chicken breast, etc. Then the wire rack which is like a cooling rack for cookies works great for holding food off the pan like the air fryer basket. I’ve also used the stainless pans without the rack many times to simply heat something up without using the large pan that comes with the Ninja air fryer. And this stainless steel is VERY easy to clean. I think these are just the right size and a great price for what I was looking for. They work perfectly for me.

Yes, they are made in China. It's listed quite clearly on the packaging. This does not mean it is a low quality product. In fact, I've often found that it's easier to find simple, non-toxic, durable products that are made in China than to find any such products still made in America.These are sturdy pans that hold up well to high heat and frequent use. They are not coated with anything, as the description states, and therefore they stain more easily than non-stick or aluminum coated pans. They also may require soaking for any hardened residue. This is the trade-off you must make if you don't want your pans to be coated with toxic chemicals or aluminum. For me it's worth it!My only major complaint is that the cooling racks are the same material as the pans themselves, and so they will eventually scratch the pans with use, which wears down the nice mirror finish over time. I'm not sure how this could have been avoided but it is a definite drawback. They will also sometimes warp in the oven at high temperatures, but so far mine have retained their shape fine after cooling down. Overall I would highly recommend these pans to anyone who is looking for a baking pan + rack combo that is made of pure stainless steel with no coating.

These are great; I love the deep 1" edge; so much better than just a cookie sheet. I like them so much I'm getting the smaller versions that will fit the air fryer!
