It’s heavier than most spring form pans. I used it to made a family recipe cheese cake. The cake came out perfect. Non stick but I did cover the bottom with parchment. I would recommend .

I bought this to bake sourdough French bread. I don’t like using the cast iron pot, as it browns the bread too much. This works perfect. The bread has a nice golden crust on top, sides and bottom. I also purchased the Wilton Square Pro pans for making Focaccia. Both work beautifully. Max. Temp is 450 degrees. Wilton is my go to brand and I own several of their baking pans. Would purchase without reservation.

I bought these for my wife after she bought a few cheaper brands. The other brands are thinner and the fan will flex. Wilton pans do not flex and are much thicker. She told me they are much easier to put back together and stay locked.

This product works great for making cheesecake, the bottom doesn't stick and it is super easy to use and clean

This cake mold is excellent—sturdy, non-stick, and bakes evenly. My cakes come out perfectly every time! The only downside is that it’s a bit tricky to clean in the corners, but overall, it’s a great product.

Does exactly as advertised. It was a little hard for me to figure out how to work the latches, but after watching one of the videos, I got it.
