Great for those large gathering meals. This pan is very durable and great for making carnitas, egg rolls, soup or whatever. It is the perfect size for the stovetop and cleans up well.

I guess I didn't realize how big 30 quarts were...lol but I freaking love the size and quality of this. it's great because I have a pack of dogs and cooking their food in this will make things much easier!!! Luckily I bought two of them and one is much smaller this will be ideal for my food!!!

I purchased the 10 quart version of this Winco Brazier last year. No regrets here. Finally gave in and added the 15 quart. Besides being able to do large batches of soups, stews and sauces, you need this for frying chicken and just about anything else. The large surface area, even heat distribution and high sides are ideal for frying. I highly recommend this brazier and the price is right.

Excellent pan!! I was very impressed with the quality of this Brazer pan. It's a heavy weight quantity pan. I wasn't expecting it to be so great for the price.
