Nice, big holes. It would be ideal for parmesan cheese,but we bought it to hold powdered soap. I was so impressed with how well it worked out, that I ordered a second one!

I’m using this shaker for powdered cleanser that comes in an ugly can that rusts. It works perfectly in this shaker, looks so much cleaner and works so much better.

Got these to use baking soda as cleanser. Works fine. Lids sure don't fall off but are very hard to put on and off with weaker hands.Take off by putting small flat blade screwdriver through outer hole and prying against the edge. This requires a bench vise. (Padding to prevent scratching or breaking)Put lid on by padding top and tapping gently with rubber mallet.

This shaker is fine but I would suggest a "inner" reusable lid to keep food fresh in between use. Otherwise it is a great product.

Works fine but not as good as metal but not as expense as metal. If looking for long term, heavy use this is not it but works fine for lighter use. For the price good value.
