these are great. I made sure to use bottles with larger bases so that they were less likely to tip over if a table gets bumped. *note, they are too small for the hole in the top of a patron tequila bottle -that seemed the greatest wide base, but the opening is too big. Lots of other wide bottles out there though! It might give you a new reason to try a new beverage!

Wasn’t sure they fit in a beer bottle. Says .66†in description. FYI worked / Fit Great. Rubber O rings included. Nice product. Quality materials.

Wine bottle torch kit looks great, and made a great addition to my back garden. They do fit a little loose in the wine bottle. Otherwise, arrived quickly and they were put to use immediately.

My wife bought these for a project where she turned old JD bottles into tiki torches. The wicks will not stay lit. She soaked them in oil, poured oil on the wick before lighting and nothing works. They burn for about 20 seconds then go out. She's using tiki bite fighter oil. We've used the same oil in other tiki torches that came with their own wick and they work fine.

The collar has two different sizes depending how big the bottle you use is. The collar just sits a little loose, but you should be able to snug it up if you want with some tape or something. Overall, I enjoy these much better than buying candles. Just use an empty bottle and buy some torch fuel and your done!

So, my thought was to find something that compared with Tiki brand torches. Tiki stuff works as intended. Bought the best Amazon reputed replacements. Epic failure. Thanks for taking my money Jeff. This barely works for a half hour after lighting. Looks great to start, fails quickly. If your intention is to spend 15 minutes outside after lighting; this is your product! Buy it now ! (Lol). If you’re looking for long term/all night/ burn. NOPE. Can’t say this any plainer to you. Keep shopping. This isn’t you’re end all, beat all by any means.Overall. Serious disappointment. PeriodBuilt this into a beautiful Grey Goose bottle. Added accoutrements to make it work. Wick just plainly sucked in comparison. Buy the competitor. This does not have what’s needed to draw the fuel up to the flame.My experience only. Yours hopefully was different?Everything costs TOO MUCH now. I hope this helps you avoid a pitfall.
