We could not check one of these wine racks in person, so we decided to buy online. It looked nice on web photos, and people leave generally good reviews. The product is well packaged in shipping container. However upon opening, the product was not quite what we expected in terms of looked and rigidity. It's not something I would consider safe hanging on the wall, fully loaded with wide bottles.Anyways, apart from this and looks we didn't quite like, we had no issues.However, when trying to reach out to vendor and trigger a return, we get automated messages saying they would not cover the shipping cost. Fine - but when I went to a shipping center, cheapest carrier to return is UPS from the west coast at a bit over 200 dollars!!It is mind boggling in this day of online shopping that someone has such a business model, and also provides automated messages.You better be sure you want this product before buying it!I rarely leave product reviews, but this vendor caught me off guard a bit, surprised me TBH.

I wanted something decorative on my kitchen wall. This is very lovely and useful. The only thing is the color. I wanted something with more pop so I’ll paint it gold. Perfect for my kitchen wall. Form and function.
