I wanted this for crafting purposes, although, I may use it to fix a few areas in the house. I'll start with the outside filter of my dryer vent and then onto the extra large holes around the pipes of the sink drains.

Prior to buying I read the reviews. A person stated how difficult was to clean up. He is correct, It’s Impossible. I cut over garbage can. But wherever I carried and used the mesh, tiny thread like pieces were all over. The steel pieces started to irritate skin as they poked or were stuck on hands and feet. Soap and water did not work. I had to use rubbing alcohol NO instructions to wear gloves and shoes. I do not wear shoes in my home. Wherever I carried and used the mesh, tiny thread like pieces were all over. Cannot see them easily. Need flashlight and lights off.It took rubbing alcohol and multipurpose cleaner 3 times and then vacuum (did not want mesh pieces inside vacuum) to finally get most of the pieces. Still finding them days later.I bagged, boxed, and tightly sealed remaining roll. I do not want this in my home again.It is too bad it didn’t work as it was easy to use and fill holes. It must be the material being so thin and pliable. So I’m sure other manufacturers would t be much different.

Since this was a tubular wire mesh I had hoped I could zip-tie it top and bottom over the apples on our trees to protect them from the squirrels. Didn't work- They chewed on the apples thru the mesh / nipped off the zip ties to get the apples out, and chewed holes thru the mesh.Probably great bunched up in hole, as it's intended.
