SYNLETT Wireless Calling Nurse Call System with Call Buttons
SYNLETT Wireless Nurse Call System is designed for clinic, hospital, emergency station, retirement home, small care facility, restaurant or cafe. It allows caregiver or service staff to monitor calls and alerts. An easy and efficient call system that helps drive better productivity and satisfaction.
The CMU is capable to pair up to 255 wireless components.
One-off or Repeat Alert
One-off: the receiver rings out the alert one time only. Repeat: the receiver rings out the alert continuously until the "CLEAR“ button is pressed.
Call or Alarm Mode
Call Mode: the receiver rings out the programmed number in the selected language/chime. Alarm Mode: the receiver rings out a siren sound.
2 Ways of Power Supply
For backup of the power supply, you can either use the power adapter (included) or 4 C cell alkaline batteries (not included).
Wall Mounting Installation
The alert receiver unit can be placed on a desk or mounted on the wall with screws provided.
Call Button with Battery
A low-consumption A23 12V alkaline battery is included. Our customers change the battery once a year depending on how frequently it's pressed.
Wireless Range up to 660ft*
The signal range is up to 660ft without obstacles. Over 1M ID codes, anti-interference. *Metal/concrete walls might weaken the signal range indoors.
Wall Mount with Bracket
The panic button can be fixed to wall or attached to the detachable lanyard. Flexible enough for the elderly to wear around the neck or carry around.
Wide Application
This call button system streamlines staff workflow and speeds up response time to patients' or customers' needs, providing support.

**Updated review** I originally left a one star review because there was no customer service support through Amazon. After sharing my frustrations in a review Synlett’s customer service reached out to me via Facebook messenger and Instagram. I was very impressed at the length they went to to reach out to me to make sure my issue was resolved. Changing my review from one star two a five star because their customer service is actually fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Really an excellent call station for this price point. It operates as advertised and we have had it now for a year and a half. No glitches. I don't know what we would do without it. We have purchased three of these now for our homes.

I own an IV therapy business. With our previous call system, it wouldn’t tell us which room our clients were calling from. So when someone would ring their call bell, we had to check every room until we knew which client needed something. Now with SYNLETT, a client pushed their button and it tells us which room they are paging us from. I will use these for all my locations from here on out. Also, just an extra bonus, their customer service is top notch!

This call system is working perfectly fine for our assisted living facility. I truly recommend it for anyone who has assisted living or home care.This system came in a neat packaging and the manual is well written with clear instructions so it is real simple for us to set it up in our facility.We fixed the call button bracket to the headboard on bed so whenever our residents in bed need help the button can be reached handy without getting out of their beds. When they leave their room, carry the button with strap or wear around neck.Literally a life saver. Great value of this purchase.

We have x-ray proof lead lined wall, and somehow the signal gets around. Works well, reliable.
