These security cameras are very good indeed. Very clear even at night. I really like the zoom and pan features and even has person recognition. The WiFi is very stable and no lag at all.The menu system is great, not too hard to understand and the app is perfect. You can operate and set the cameras on the app with no problems. I had to email customer service about something and Emma was very prompt to reply and she walked me through the issue. She was very helpful and patient. 5 stars for the camera system and 5 stars for Emma. I would thoroughly recommend this company and the customer service.

This is a impressive camera system. I bought one that was used like new and it is like new with a great price. Good clear picture not to hard to setup and the 12 inch monitor is a big upgrade from my old system. The only thing that would make it better is a touch screen.

Camera quality good and easy plug and play setup. However one camera out of the 4 didn't work. I did email and asked for a replacement but they never replied. Disappointing and made the cost of the system very expensive down a camera from the out set.

I had a issue with the power supply not functioning during installation, i reached out to the supplier and they responded promptly and took care of it.These surveillance cameras are working awesome, i love video quality and all of the great features at a fraction of the price. I will be purchasing another set for my daughter and her family to enjoy as well.

I had been shopping for several different cameras before coming across this brand and I'm super glad I did! It's very easy to install the cameras, it's plug and play and the monitor is really useful. I looked into the settings and I love having different options for an alarm and the sound, even being able to have it for a specific time ranger and the motion detection can be changed which is an added bonus. The cameras connected really well, have good range, good night vision, love the sound that you can hear as well. Costumer support is also really nice and responsive, they helped me connect one of the cameras after I accidentally did something wrong. I'd highly recommend these cameras and since the monitor can support up to 10 cameras total, I might buy more because they're just that good!

This is a great system. People have pointed out you have to purchase a cloud account. This is not true. It's an 'ad' to purchase it. Click the 'SD' and it will be able to play from the phone. Secondly, there are only two things I don't like about it. It does not record, from what I can tell, in HD. HD is only an option for during live viewing. Secondly, you can not adjust how far the camera scrolls. If you want to have a location to be front and center in the view, the best you can do is what the pre program of the system allows which is often zooming past what you want to observe. I've coped with this by zooming in to 10x, which reduces how far the camera scrolls per scroll's movement. If there was a way to tap the screen to make the camera stop scrolling, that would be mint. But other than these things, it's a solid grade A, from me.

We bought this system to replace our security cameras on our property. As the previous one was wired and didn't fit our needs. We followed the easy instructions and installed, which was easy. We are quite surprised with the image quality of these cameras. The app is also very easy to use. Love the option to switch night mode and full color mode. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase. 5 stars!
