I love this product. We drink a lot of iced tea in my house so if you need something easy to use this is the product. It is so easy to fill with the right amount of tea bags in the built in filter. If is nice to not have to guess on how much ice to put in it or how much water. It functions so well for what I needed. The taste of tea after it brews is great.

I use tea bags to make ice tea, and adjusted thestrength adjust knob so the tea comes out the way we like it. Everything about this Ice Tea Maker is easy. Love the glass pitcher & lid. Great value for your money. I don’t wash the pitcher in the dishwasher even though some of the reviews said they have. The pitcher fits in the refrigerator not taking bio much space.I like the automatic turn off button too. As you can tell I am pleased with this purchase.

I got the Wirsh Iced Tea Maker with 3QT Pitcher for my mother-in-law, who’s on a first-name basis with the iced tea makers at every store because she has to replace hers every six months. So far, this one’s been a win. It actually brews the tea all at once instead of the annoying “brew a bit, heat up the water, brew a bit, repeat†routine that most models put you through. She’s a big fan of that, and frankly, so am I. It’s nice to find an iced tea maker that doesn’t make you feel like you're waiting for a slow brew apocalypse. Hopefully, this one holds up long-term—if not, we’ll be back at square one, but for now, it’s a solid choice.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas since he is a daily iced tea drinker and makes it the traditional way in a pot since it is difficult to find Cold brew tea bags. He absolutely loves it ! Nice sleek design and glass pitcher was a plus vs the plastic. Quick shipping and as described. Would highly recommend !

I purchased this item in April 2024. After I received it, I noticed how extremely thin the glass was on the decanter. Numerous customers also mentioned this. I should have heeded their warnings. (Keep in mind that ICE goes into the decanter!) After being EXTREMELY CAREFUL putting ice into it, it still broke. I went to the company's website to get a phone number to call their customer service to request a new decanter. No number is listed; you can only write to them. I then remembered that I had kept a pamphlet that came with the product. There was a number listed on the back. When I phoned the number, I got a message with NO REFERENCE TO ANY COMPANY NAME ON THE MESSAGE!! The message merely said, "The Google subscriber you called is not available." I checked to make sure I got the number right. I did. Even though I doubted by now that this was a legitimate company, I decided to fill out an online customer service request for a new decanter, figuring I had nothing to lose. The notation on the website says they'll get back to you within 24/48 hours. It's been a week now & no response. Not surprised!

I bought this in February and now it is September I waited to rate this since some people have had problems with breakage but I love brewed iced tea so had decided to try it. And I love it! Now I am careful with it also since the carafe is made from glass that seems to be fairly thin. But the device is easy to use and brews great iced tea. I do not make anything else with it and cannot speak to other beverages. If you like brewed iced tea and can be a bit more careful with the appliance I recommend based on my experience alone.

This is the best iced tea maker I’ve ever owned, and I drink iced tea daily. I really like the glass carafe. It washes in seconds and I have had no trouble with it breaking. The filter basket is also easy to remove and rinse. It also brews quickly and quietly. The support by email was fast (less than 24 hours) when I had a problem with it not using all the water in the reservoir. (Descaling with white vinegar took care of the problem.) I will buy again!
