The Auto Test Cable (HT30A) is a kind of special line for assisting automobile measurement instruments to test various types of signals. It's about 3 meter in length allows the oscilloscope to be placed on the work bench away from the car being tested or repaired. It consists of wide range probes, clips, gators can be plugged into the 4 mm connectors at the end of the cable. It adopts full shield which can help reduce the noise interference. To avoide the lines twisting together, the two pieces of lines with connectors are not the same in length. The short line is earth wire, and the long line is positive pole which should be connected with the auto engine cable, which also can cooperate with a 20:1 attenuator.

As recommended by several YouTubers, I chose this Hantek test lead instead of the Picoscope leads because they are better suited for automotive use. This is because they are long, supple, and quality-built.

Perfect, couldn't have built one any better. Was looking for an oscilloscope probe to use as a SINAD audio input cable for my communications service monitor (i.e. two-way ham radio test equipment). Somehow the Amazon algorithms popped up with this. Super long, super flexible, Fluke style banana plug connectors, industrial quality. Exactly what I wanted, wish I had found this years ago.

I used this to probe my crankshaft position sensor on a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT and found an issue with the sensor. Replaced it and the car runs like new!

The Hantek test leads were delivered on time as promised. They are of good quality and ideal for car fault finding with four mm banana connections for further test lead back plug tests etc. for various sensors located on the car.
