I love this pizza oven. It is very well made, easy to assemble and works great with my Trager smoker. I was able to get the oven up to almost 700 degrees, it took about 40 minutes. Good size, it fits a 12" inch pizza easily. Cleanup was a breeze. I have had it for about a year and I don't just use it for pizza, I cook shrimp, chicken, meats and they all come out with that nice char and smokey flavor. I would highly recommend this grill.

Construction on the unit is very solid. Arrived in good condition. Simply remove all of the innards from your pellet grill (grates, plate, and diffuser) and place this unit on top. Adjust the 'legs' out for your grill and lock the wingnuts in place. Then simply start up your grill and let it heat for a good 30ish minutes to get really hot. Mine gets up to 750F. Pizzas cook in just a couple of minutes and come out great. I highly recommend this pizza oven. The only downside is switching between the oven and the smoking function does take a bit since you have to take all the parts out, but I look at that as a good time to do a proper cleaning anyways. To only have to have one unit, instead of a separate pizza oven, I am happy to do the switch over.

We have been absolutely loving this cooker. We're using it in our Camp Chef pellet grill.You CAN NOT cook a pizza as well as on this unit.... we're getting 625 to 650 degrees on the stone when we cook. Makes an awesome pizza cooked just like the professional pizza ovens.If you like pizza and have a pellet grill, GET IT!

Fit my rec tech 700 perfectly.Learning the correct temperature is key. Trial and error until you figure out what temp works for your dough. I have made some amazing pies and really quick.

I bought this based on a recommendation from a neighbor and my first time using it didn’t disappoint. It fit perfectly over the firebox of my Traeger Ironwood 650. I set the temp to 350 degrees and was able to make a pizza using store bought dough and sauce in just a few minutes. I need to work on making my own dough and sauce from scratch and work on my stretching technique, but was happy with my first attempt

The stone fractured before I even had a chance to use it. The entire product sat in my house for over a week so I'm sure the stone was room temp. I assembled the entire oven on my grill at the same time and started the preheating process at the same time. This was per the instructions so everything came to temp at the same rate. I opened my grill lid to take the temp and as I was closing the lid the stone fractured right down the middle. Never touched it. Never had a chance to use it. Now I have to disassemble and send everything back for a refund. What a pain!

Green Mountain Grill Wood Fired Pizza Oven is a game changer for pizza. Easy to put together and instructions were clear. Highly recommend getting a infrared thermometer to test the pizza stone temp before putting pizza on. Use a good quality pizza peel and don't wander away. This is a quick process of cooking. 3 mins turn with the pizza peel and finish up less than 2 mins after that. We used it in the winter when it was cold out and still came out perfectly. Our first try and hands down the best pizza I've ever had.

If you like pizza but you like wood fired pizza more, than this is a must have for your pellet grill. This fits and works perfect with my Pit Boss 700FB. It takes a while to come up to temp (external ambient temp will have a factor) but it's worth it. The metal housing is heavy and feels durable but most important, the stone is thick and retains heat very well. Only regret was not buying one sooner.
