Beautiful craftsmanship and sound! The wood is nice and thick giving this chime a substantial feel. The sound and strength in which that sound lasts after a single strike is impressive. The only complaints I have is 1. The chimes do not line up perfectly with the recessed grooves ment to house them. This does not effect the sound or performance of the instrument so I'm not worried about it. And 2. The crystals although genuine are of poor quality. I did end up ordering a nice set of chakra spheres that happen to fit perfectly in the chimes holders. It is now complete and I am IN LOVE!!!

I love the sound frequencies for each chakra. After two short sessions I actually had more energy. I like the round crystals/stones that fit perfectly in the holes above each chime. I did not like that some of them were not round and were big and bulky for this item. My amethyst did not look like amethyst. It was more grayish than purple. Eventually I will look for new crystals for my chimes. Overall I still give it a 5 star rating because it is a very unique gift. I have been trying to align my chakras for years unsuccessfully. This method was quick and easy.

I gave this 4 stars because it was missing one of the stones. Otherwise this will be a nice addition to our collection. this is a Christmas gift for my husband who is a Reikki Master and this will work well with his practice.

I love frequency tools. I am certified to teach Reiki so I do a lot with energy and frequencies such as tuning forks to clear energy. It's very handy to use with just one hand. Instead of both. What did disappoint me was the crystals that come with it don't really resonate with the chakras. So I just went and replaced them with my personal crystals that I have been using in my sessions with clients. Other than that I highly recommend this.

Woodstock chimes are well-made and make lovely tones. The Chakra Chime is no exception. I did find that shipping seemed to have shifted some of the chime bars slightly (unlike the single chime I purchased previously). This resulted in some of the tones sounding dull or muted. Gently wiggling the bars in their seat remedied this.

I am so disappointed with my purchase :( I suggest to others not to purchase this item. I am not aware of other items this seller stocks so note that this review is just on this item that I personally bought:Scratched up metal tied to a wooden base - ends of metal not cut clear - sound is terrible on all chimes when struck - sure they ring but they are not a 'note' at all - they are all off and not pleasant to hear :( - such a disappointment - tried moving them around in their strings as I thought maybe they just aren't sitting right? no better.Others have said that the quality of the setting is '5 star +' not the case for me - the holes drilled for the cheap beads they put in as crystals or stones (a couple may have been cheap real stones from the toss out pile) are wonky - and the blade cuts in to hold the string? will they have had a couple of goes at them and not even bothered to hide the poor quality. the wood itself is nice and a very pretty OHM is almost centred.. - Waste of a lot of money for a student who could have if it was a great product sold you many more in my given field.... also would have given great reviews unfortunately I do this to warn others.

My package didn't include the mallet to play the chimes. The chimes seemed cheaply made with little care for details. The tones sound off, but it is hard to tell without a proper mallet.

The stones included are cheap and not correct. Plan to buy your own if you are interested in authenticity. The "turquoise" is a dyed howlite. The "Lapis Lasuli" is a sodalite. The "Amethyst" is a fluorite. There are some beads mixed in with rough cut, its interesting.The chimes are a nice clear sound and I use the tuner daily! If you dont get caught in the details, this is a great chakra tuner!I was interested in the stones and each one resonates differently so after I bought the actual stones that were suppose to be included I am much happier with it now!The chime itself is very sharp and clear.

I love this item. Most notes resonate very well. Not keen on all the crystals that came with it (maybe that's just me) but, apart from that, I can't recommend it highly enough. Expensive but well worth the cost. It's a sturdy instrument and was well well packaged.
