Used on my 2020 trail boss. Plenty enough to cover every square inch of frame and underbody with enough leftover to do another coat. After 4 years the original coating is still on it and not a spot of rust. Every oil change I check the frame front to back and any worn areas get coated using a paper towel. I drive it all winter in S.E. Michigan.

Very easy to apply will wipe off painted surfaces no need for a lot of protection. Get yourself some black clothes if you want to work on your vehicle.

UPDATE 1 year- this stuff is great and I highly recommend it! It stopped the rust on my truck, It stayed on and took on a dull black appearance - looks great. I liked it so much, I put it on my 90 F150. Only downside is any time you try to get under the car, you will get this on yourself somewhere. ORIGNIAL - Have rust on my F250 SD. It was either let it go to junk or do something to save it. I purchased this product and applied it about 8 weeks ago. It was easy to apply - follow the directions. Keep it warm and agitate it. I used a small space heater near the 1 gal can. I applied it in December, so it was chilly - about 45°F - Once it was warm and agitated, it poured like maple syrup. The gun worked great. I had some trouble with one of the application hoses falling apart, but was not the end of the world. Black coloring looks great.

Okay, a review of Woolwax now that I've used it: It seems to be coating everything very well, it's pretty wet but doesn't drip off with normal usage and washes off you and your clothes pretty easy with just soap and water, I like that. You will use a lot more than what they say on you tube so order double of what you think you'll use. I used 2 1/2 gallons on my 2000 Ford F150. There are so many places under one of those that have double layers that you have to use the wand to reach in and (hopefully coat) that you'll use extra coating to make sure. All in all I hope that it stays put and keeps my truck from rusting.

The short version; this is a excellent product, if you get it in black it makes your chassis look great! It applies easily with home grade compressors and cleans up easy if you over spray it. I sprayed several trucks and cars and averaged around 3 quarts a truck and 2 a car.At this point I have tried everything else I know if on the market and while there are some good products this is the best in my opinion.Ten out if ten.The pics I uploaded do not do it justice. Every time I look under a chassis I am impressed.

I recently purchased these products and first try the spray gun is not spraying any product, only air. I have followed the instructions and unscrewed the brass nozzle with still no undercoating coming out. The gun is not clogged and the pressure is at 85-90 PSI. The spray gun is not sucking up the product from underneath and spraying it out. It works with water without the nozzle on at all but as soon as the nozzle is attached, only air comes out. I have tried calling the help line that is provided on the insturctions and have recieved no answer for the phone call. Overall the product looks great but the nozzle and attachments seem to be defective and the helpline was no help. The undercoating itself looks like it would work great! Just would like to see the support be able to help answer these issues or replace the nozzle if it is defective.

After reading the reviews, directions and watching videos I sprayed this film with confidence that it would dry eventually. 7 days later I drove on wet roads 30 miles it so. When I parked I noticed under rear wheel wells the film had washed off, some of the frame film washed off as well. Seems like a great product but I don’t know how long it takes to dry apparently 7 days isn’t enough!
