Very little odor. Non-drip formula Very resistant to wash-off This is a great undercoating kit. All you need is a compressor capable of 70-90 psi. Very easy and clean to apply. Woolwax is a lanolin based auto / truck undercoating made from raw woolgrease.. Woolwax sprays on wet and does not dry.. Woolwax creates a thin lanolin film barrier to keep moisture and oxygen away from the base metal. * Woolwax has almost no smell. The woolgrease odor has been neutralized by our proprietary process. * Solvent free. Environmentally friendly. * Always active and creeping into inaccessible areas that rubberized coatings would never get to. *Woolwax is self healing if it gets scraped by road debris. * Woolwax will thicken to a gel film after applied and is very resistant to wash off. * Provides vehicle undercarriage protection for up to 2 years.. * Enclosed areas (doors, frame-rails, rocker-panels, etc., that are not exposed to road-wash will be protected indefinitely (years). This is the advantage of no solvents. Woolwax is a non-drip formula. We make it to be as thick as possible to resist wash-off, yet still easily sprayable. Woolwax can be applied with most undercoating guns using a pressure of 70-90 psi. Note: Because Woolwax is formulated thicker then other undercoatings to prevent wash-off, it may be necessary to heat Woolwax a bit before applying in the coler weather.. Love the product.Pros: covers the underside very nice. I used 80psi. No overspray, no smell, Black works great. Used it on my Lexus. I plan on spraying my CMV, and heavy equipment.Cons: since the product stays wet, if you do any maintenance on your vehicle. Be prepared to be covered in woolwax. No matter how careful your are trying not to touch it, you will and so will your clothes. Drove 200 miles with it on , does pick up debris but not much at all. I wish it hardened just a bit.Overall I like it, we’ll see how winter has to say about the coatings.

Kit is good. Air regulator and your ready to get some Woolwax applied. 70 psi was great for my job. The 2 wands included, do a great job for getting into wheel wells, fenders, and doors. Nice shiny black, happy with the purchase.

Works amazing and makes everything look brand new under your vehicle. A little messy going on. Quite a bit of overspray. I didn’t notice it until I was done. Probably my fault for not thinking ahead. Had a couple issues with the spray gun for a minute but then it worked fine. I’m not sure what the issue was but the end product was amazing!

I used this product on two commercial vans and five snow plow trucks. I placed the five gallon bucket into a large tote and heated some water and put into the tote to warm the product, stirred, transferred to a smaller more manageable pouring container used with a funnel to fill the spray gun cup. It went on very easily at 80 psi and about two full turns out of the nozzle tip. The nozzle tip came loose on about the fourth vehicle and the product was barely coming out, so be sure to check to make sure the nozzle remains tight. I rinsed the gun out with mineral spirits after finishing 2 vehicles and cleaned the air holes. The gun cleaned up nicely and I will see next week how the gun works when I finish spraying the fleet. If you can spray it in an open area or use a fan to blow any over-spray away from the vehicle, would be helpful. I didn't and ended up with a light film on the vehicle and had to wash the glass twice. Be sure to wear old clothes, change out of them after finished spraying to avoid getting a headache from the odor and be willing to discard them after use. I wouldn't want to mix them with my regular clothes in the washing machine. So far, so good. I went back to spray the remaining vehicles after three days and the gun worked just like new. I will write another review after the winter season to report the results. Hope this helps.

Horrible product that does not work, does not dry, so it does not protect anything and makes surfaces slippery and extremely dangerous!!! Lucky I didn’t get injured due to this defect! Unfortunately I have to give 1star to submit

Great results. Slightly a messy process filling the sprayer tank but worth it. Took approx 4 hrs to do my crew cab F250
