Better price point than OEM and fits my Ridgid WD4070 4 gallon - 5HP - wet/dry shop vac perfectly. I was surprised that a wet foam filter was not included with the unit - and discovered that when I needed it asap. I went to the store where I bought the vac and they also did not sell the wet filter! Amazon to the rescue - in a couple of days it was at my doorstep ready for the project that I needed it for which, believe it or not, was to deep clean my slate kitchen floor. Using a wet shop vac allows me to remove the standing water that pools into the grout lines during cleaning - since no matter how clean slate floors appear, they are not really and the standing water just makes the grout dirty again. So after hand scrubbing the grout - a section at a time - I then use the shop vac to vacuum the grout dry. It works great and ready for re-sealing.

Fits snuggly in my RIDGID 4.5 Gallon Pro PackModel: WD45500. There's not much else to say. After use it clearly caught a lot of debris which wasn't easy to clean it off the filter, but that works be the same for others. I'd happily buy again or suggest to others.

Compré este filtro para una aspiradora Ridgid, a la cual le adapté un tubo de PVC con un par de codos para convertirla en aspiradora con filtro de agua (lo que se aspira pasa por un sello de agua en el fondo de la aspiradora, atrapando en el agua las partÃculas de polvo y basura que de otra manera vuelan)Funciona perfectamente y utiliza el mismo principio que las aspiradoras carÃsimas de Rainbow por una fracción del precio.
