This is a perfect replacement but rescuing the original OEM part was hard to remove. In the Q7 you need to remove about 4 screws to lower the panels above the brake and gas pedals. Once the 2 panels are removed you will see the beeper speaker above a plastic frame Way Above the brake pedal. You can unclip the OEM beeper speaker from the frame with a long screw driver. This way you don’t need to remove the mounting frame which adds complexity.

The rear parking sensors were not working on my Audi and the error code was B107C14 (Park assist speaker open circuit). I replaced the part with this one and it is now working as expected.
