Thought it might have a ton rating either on a lable or stamped on the part. When your proud of what you make you put your name on it. And a ton rating would be nice when you pull it out and wonder what it will hold up to. Seems well made, time will tell

I am using this for something not intended and just under its maximum work load rating. It is holding up well and works. I am using a pto driven winch and have this setup on a small crane so if you are the off road guy trust me this is more than enough if you get stuck

The snap rings that hold the pulley into the brackets came off the first and only time I used them. Fortunately, they stayed together when I was cutting a large 60 foot oak down that was leaning towards my house. It could have been catastrophic. I suggest buying quality snap rings and replace them before use, and have extras just in case.
