Works well, could be better if the file locked into place more securely, but it still works well.

Ok tool to get the job done but it doesn't come with an "extra file" as stated in the description. It only comes with one. Also there was no instructions on how to use this. The degrees are stamped onto the tool, but I had to research to find which way to run the file. If you want to tune for 90*, then you want the 90* facing toward the snowboard while filing.

Used a lot of different edge tools over the years. I love this one the most. The single piece construction is solid, there is no flex in the tool or slipping of the file. It is big enough that I don’t have to focus on making sure it doesn’t lose contact when I make fast passes down the ski. I use it in my home shop and I take it in my ski pack. The cost to quality makes this the best value out there.

Super cool tool. Must know a bit about skis/ snowboarding and how to tune them. As this tool can change how either performs dramatically. If you do some research it's very easy to use. I even had a ski shop owner in Keystone ask to see it and told me how cool it was. Its really handy and easy to use. Has four degrees to adjust your base and side angles.

The file is so loose in this guide, it just flexes back when contacting the edge. No way it holds any kind of angle (probably 5 or 10 degrees off). I would recommend buying something better or not trying to tune your edges at all. Good luck!
