This is the second purchase of these to extend my string lights. They attach perfectly to my deck rail and look great!

XDW GIFTS is a great store to shop from and stand by their products. I had an issue with a hook that attaches to the top of the pole and they responded to me in a lightning quick manner, plus they sent out a whole new pole assembly (although I only needed the top section with the hook) free of charge! I'd recommend this seller to anyone for quality of products and top notch customer service.

We live in Arizona and the ground here is next to impossible to dig or stake anything into. So, I ordered one of these poles to try out in our backyard, just to make sure it would work (before ordering the 5 or 6 required to reach around our whole pool area).I'll just say the whole process was a bit of a workout, to put it nicely. Prepare to have a rubber mallet handy if your ground is hard like ours. I also wore sturdy shoes so I could jump on it a few times and use my body weight to force it down. A couple of the stakes did get bent up a little bit - and then I had a tiny bit of trouble getting the first rod screwed onto the stake base (because I had banged on that area with the rubber mallet several times haha). But, for the most part - it is straight and has been successfully holding our string lights for about 3 months now without any issue.I will admit - for the other 5-6 poles I needed for the pool area, I did not purchase more of this brand. I ended up finding another brand (at a higher price point) that had poles made with a thicker gauge of metal because I had concerns about our ground bending or breaking them. But if you have a strict budget and/or your ground is not as tough as the desert - I would still recommend this pole as a great, mid-grade option!

Ordered to use as light poles for a party and had some issues so ended up using as a support for a temporary fence/visual barrier and this worked well. Will be using for light poles later. At review 1x$22 a Good value and recommended.Issues-Ordered as a 2pk which came as a 1pk.-After checking listing confirming 2pk in title I ordered a replacement. This was also a 1pk and did not have thread on one of the sections so couldn't make full height.-Contacting seller this was fixed immediately - so 5 star CS.-the angled support leg is slightly bent on two but is holding well so probably not a real issue.

Hasn't gone anywhere during the storms. Easy set up and easily movable if you change your mind. Looks pretty with the lights.
