Great stuff! In a volunteer workshop I've used multiple rolls to mark off floor areas (tile floor). Despite lots of foot traffic, all the lines are holding up well. None are pulling up or wearing off. We similarly used it to secure an extension cord across a concrete floor area so as not to trip anyone. That, too, is working perfectly.

I use these on my theatre sets. I'm sure that some folks will notice a difference, but they were great for my needs. Saved a chunk of money!

This stuff! This is EIGHT (!) rolls of highly desirable gaffer's tape. If you've ever been near a stage or stage production, you know this stuff. Cover a cable, build a box, hold props, curtains, sets, costumes, equipment together... even tape a poster to a brick wall! Makes a fine "techie" bandaid too. This is the wonder tape that runs the world. This specific tape is a bit thinner than some super industrial rolls, but I found it easier to pull from the roll. It has excellent stick, and can hold a cardboard box together with ease. Durable in high traffic areas for short times if you are covering a cable. It might come up after several minths of wear, but that is fine. These rolls have far more tape on them than the dollar store gaffer's tape offerings. But the roll itself is big enough to use as a "no spill" drink holder for soda cans, as ya do. Husband was quite pleased with this find! A nice price for a plethora of "god tape"!

This tape arrived quickly and without damage.Quality of the tape is good, adhesion is good even at low temperatures provided you hold your hand on it a few seconds for heat transfer. No reservations, good gaffer tape.Would I buy this again, Yes.I use Amazon reviews every time when considering a product purchase. Here is my rating scale:5 Stars: Excellent product, no hesitation recommending or using.4 Stars: Good product with some limitations, could be improved.3 Stars: Fair product, can be made to work if your put your mind to it.2 Stars: Not very functional.1 Star: Don’t bother, it might even be painful.

I mainly use it as a labelling tape and to stick attachments to my tripod. I still don't have a v-mount battery holder so I used it for that as well. In a jiffy, it works good enough. Stickiness takes a bit of time, like you have to work it with the piece you are attaching it to to get that good adhesion. Tape quality is the best out there, I despise duct tape because its a mess but this is such a clean freak's best arsenal because it doesn't leave a residue. Easy to tear off but I prefer using a utility knife to cut it into pieces.Did I mention that it's a dream to write on? I have a silver marker and this tape is made to be written on! Chef's kiss!

Like many other brands of Gaff tape, this is easy-to-tear cloth tape. It doesn't feel very sticky to the touch, but after a few minutes, I found it was stuck well. And yes, it passed the gaff tape test—it stuck to itself and was impossible to unstick.It really depends on which kind of Gaffers tape you like, but we found this to be usable for most of our taping needs.

If you aren't familiar with gaffers tape there are some significant differences between it and duct tape. Not least of which is the ability to easily and cleanly tear without having to use a knife, scissors, or a blade. And XFasten's gaffers tape doesn't disappoint. This tape tears with very little effort. But more important than that it tears clean and straight, no loose strings.Another big difference is the adhesive. It is not as aggressive as duct tape, so it removes easily and cleanly from surfaces without leaving residue.Like duct tape it is cloth based but I should point out this tape is thin, thinner than other gaffers tape I had in the past. It's actually closer in thickness to a high grade masking tape than a duct tape. For my purposes, it's great because that again makes it easy to tear.One more thing, each roll in the eight pack is individually wrapped, very important. That way you know it's going to stay fresh until you need it.
