I bought this tool for my father in law as to help with his handyman work that he does for his house. I very often see him needing a longer wrench although it does not come with the different size adapters, it is still a great tool for cost you are paying for. It does come with an instructional booklet and a case which the case is durable as well as made from hard plastic. Lastly the torque wrench is heavy which shows that it is a very good product and functional as a tool for car, furniture or appliances needs.

I recently purchased the XJX 1/2-Inch Drive Click Torque Wrench Set, and it has proven to be a reliable addition to my tool collection. The wrench offers a wide torque range of 10-160FT-LB (13.6-217.1Nm), making it versatile for various tasks, from automotive repairs to more general mechanical work. One of the standout features is the audible click that alerts you when the desired torque is reached, ensuring accuracy and preventing over-tightening. The build quality feels solid, with a durable, all-steel construction that holds up well under pressure. Adjusting the torque settings is straightforward, thanks to the clearly marked scale.Another benefit is that the set comes with a few useful accessories, including a calibration certificate, which adds peace of mind that the tool is accurate out of the box. Overall, the XJX Torque Wrench is an excellent value for the price, especially for DIY enthusiasts or professionals looking for a dependable tool without breaking the bank.

I'm paranoid about giving my car to a shop and having them use an impact on my lugnuts. I needed this to torque my lugnuts properly.Pros:- Accurate: This is the most important thing of all- Range: 10-160FT is pretty good- Durability: Feels solid with good materials- Easy to use: There is a click sound to let you know you are going beyond your setting- Comfort: Handle feels comfortable to useCons:- Weight: It is durable, but somewhat heavy for a weaker person to use.- Storage: Case is a little flimsy for long-term ownership- Calibration: You need a torque wrench calibrator, don't just assume it will work correctlyOverall I'm pretty happy with this.

First off the Negative... it took some time to receive my order, which was no fault of the seller... to explain, my item was shipped with another item that i purchased and they were packaged together. When i received my shipment, the box looked like it had been through WW2 and had a big hole in it... big enough that the torque wrench was able to come out during transport. (I blame UPS for poor package handling)Now the good... When I reached out and made a notification that i had a missing item, i was contacted very quickly and customer service was great ( i am used to sub-par or mediocracy with customer service) they took ownership and took care of the short coming and quickly reshipped my missing item... Good Job!I have not put the torque wrench through its paces yet. or double check the Calibration with my digital adapter, but it seems solid and well made... Hope this helps anyone considering purchasing this item... i think its a good by and if you do need customer service, hopefully you get the same treatment and appreciation as i did.

I needed a torque wrench so ordered this basic version which includes claimed calibration readings.I like the included readings, assuming this is legit it does look like meticulous testing was done at various ranges. This is a basic traditional click type torque wrench. the range 10-160FT which is a good range for a 1/2" socket. This appears to work fine. I like the ability to lock in the settings. This includes a case, two length adapters, and a cal certificate. I like the extensions being included.Operation is basic. I feel a strong click when reaching the torque setting. Two small misses on this is the rubber seal on the head hits the forward/reverse selector. I don't understand how such a thing is missed in the design. The second miss is the numbers can be hard to read depending on the lighting. (see pics). The numbering SHOULD Have had some back fill to make it visible.Overall, I would recommend this wrench.

I recently picked up this torque wrench, and it’s been a game-changer for working on my car at home. The click sound is clear and keeps me from over-tightening, which gives me peace of mind. The grip feels solid, and the included accessories are handy for hard-to-reach spots. Definitely worth it for anyone who enjoys DIY fixes.

I have 2 other torque wrenches as I work on cars and trucks. If you follow my other reviews, I have mentioned restoring a 1938 Dodge 1/2 ton as well as work on SAAB and ALFA 164Q.My other two torque wrenches are for lower and higher ends of the torque. I have a angle one that I bought from Amazon a year ago to work on my head-cylinder bolts.I decided to give this one a try for couple of reasons. The main reason is that it has the range of 10 to 150ft-lb vs my other two are 10-80ft-lb and 60-220ft-lb and many times, especially when working on engines, at least the European ones, you need to torque at different levels and having a wrench and let you do the initial ones and then switch to higher, it handy. My other reason is to have a backup. If I'm not comfortable with the torque or have any doubt if I did it right, I can use one or the other to confirm and also use them to help me calibrate them as I use them over the years.Maybe one day I will buy a fancy digital one, but for now, these do the job and are 10th of the price!

It’s a sturdy torque wrench that can reach above 200NM or 160ft lbs. I mainly use it for torquing my tires and it does a solid job. I compared it to my digital one to test functionality and it’s spot on. For under $30 it’s a good addition to anyone’s collection.
