Pretty easy to install, must have smaller hands, unless you want to take everything off the front. I'm loving the way they look and lock! Clips in securely, light weight and durable.

Very well made product I am pretty sure I could chuck it at a rock and it'd be just fine. Once installed they are kind of hard to release to open the hood so please be cognizant of that when you purchase it doesn't bother me but I can see it being a issue for some8/6/24 update customer service reached out to me about the review they seem very nice and responsive will update again to let everyone know how it turns out.8/8/24. Customer service is awesome I will give them this they stand behind the product. They heard what I said and were very apologetic and shipped me a new one so hats off to them and Ariel great job these are the companies I like to deal with8/9/24 received replacement one awesome company and product

It looks good and sturdy the problem was one of the bolts on the upper hood latch. when in but one of them got stuck in the middle not tightening or loosening so much force trying to get it off,scrapped the latch bad still didn’t come off. Have to cut it off with a saw scraping my hood paint on the process . Bolt defective.UPDATE customer service reached out and willing to make it right that means so much to me i will buy from them again. TIP : TO AVOID THESE TIGHT BOLTS AND NUTS ALL THE WAY BEFORE INSTALLING IT THAT WAY YOU KNOW IF IS GOING TO BE OK and don’t end up with a latch hanging on the hood and no choice but to cut it..

I did the install and although the directions didn’t really help, YouTube came through, turned out to be really easy to replace my stock ones with these. They look amazing add to me Jeep hands down solid design and feel, feel more secure than my old ones, love the design on them too for my Willys. Would buy again.

Good product for the price. People complaining about the latch touching the hood on a 2008-2016 JK are not using the original bushing that must be removed and reinstalled. Instructions are very confusing if you don't have mechanic skill. It fits but needs a lot of tinkering to get it right.

Bought a set for my 16' anniversary edition jku. They fit pretty good and look great. Shipping was fast, even though I used the free shipping option, they were here in 3 days! They look great but like the other reviews say, they touch the hood at the top! Not a fan of that for sure. Using the thicker JL pads didnt help much either. If they made them with a bit of clearance to not touch the hood at the tips they would be perfect! Still very happy thoughðŸ‘

Not the easiest to install but once on they stop the hood buffering on the highway. I’m happy with them.

I purchased this set in July and noticed that one of the latches is really sturdy and holds down my hood, the other latch wasn't as sturdy but I figured I could still install it and it would be fine. I continued to notice that the screws were really lose and at first I thought that it wasn't installed properly but everytime I would tighten it, it would loosen again, really weird.I tighten it again and it was fine for a few weeks so I honestly forgot about it, but then recently I had to drive on the highway and when I got to my destination 2 hours later, I noticed the latch completely flipped open and 2 screws had fallen out.Its now December and I cant return it anymore so I'm stuck with buying a complete new set.Definitely double check the set when you receive it.
