I was a little worried that the adhesion would not be strong enough, but it definitely is. I have a blue sofa bed couch that has 2 legs on laminate flooring and 2 legs on an area rug and would constantly push back towards the kitchen counter that eventually if you were sitting on the couch your head would bump up against the granite counter top (Ouch). Thought we would try these out and they work perfectly. Easy to apply and with a pocket knife you can easily cut them to size to fit your leg. My husband is 78 and he did it easily and the adhesion is very strong. I only put the pads on the rear legs and we have had it in place and have used the couch as usual (my husband's sitting method) for some time now and it hasn't budged. I highly recommend them.

I wasn't sure these would solve my problem. I have hardwood floors. I moved my sofa from against the wall and put a sofa table behind the sofa. Seems like every time I sat on the sofa, it would slide back into the sofa table, causing pictures to fall off the sofa table. Also, the sofa table was pushed against the wall, which caused marks on my paint. This was very annoying. I purchased these nonslip furniture pads, hoping for the best. I am so happy with the results. No more sliding on the sofa whenever I sit down. These work incredibly well.

So, I put these on a chair 3.5 years ago. And I just replaced them. This isn't a bad thing.Look, these things, like anything like this are going to wear out. But they last quite a while given that they've faithfully resisted my fairly large butt falling into an easy chair without slipping an inch (the dent where the one leg of this chair is on carpet attests to that).What's great is these fail really gracefully. The rubber eventually wears off. But below the rubber is a huge thick slab of felt. This has two great advantages1. They protect the floor still2. They slip a lot so you replace them before they wear though and hurt the floors.This chair has 4 legs (shocking), one on a rug and the others on wood. The wood floors are unmarked and other than a pretty substantial dent the rug is in great shape.The one thing is that these really, really don't let your chair move. This has three disadvantages1. This can make rug dents worse2. I think moving a bit helps the chair dissipate some force. This is a pretty cheap easy chair and has gotten a bit wobblier over time. I don't think this really is a flaw with the pad, but if you have a chair that is near the end of its useful life, this might not be the choice.3. Moving your chair is annoying. It will not slide. You need to pick it up, and with substantial chair this is more annoying than you think

Also stopped the living room furniture from moving. Easy to apply. Bigger than I thought I would need. I would buy the smaller ones next

I bought these because I have a love seat that is not against the wall and I like to lean back on it when sitting on the floor. I have a very plush and soft rug so I like sitting on it sometimes. When leaning back on it the love seat would slide back on the hard wood floors but since buying this the seat no longer slides. I thought the size was too big but it fit perfectly under the seat legs. The stickiness of the product didn’t seem durable but it stuck on well and did not fall off. Only time will tell. Good value for the money.

Well packaged, Arrived on time.You can get much better and varied options at harbor freight or home depot.The furniture was stable after putting it but it came off after a while when you tried to move the furniture.Also a lot of dirt got stick on the pad which makes the glue weaker.

Furniture grippers in this size were a little difficult to find however I did finally find them and they do live up to their description. They are easy to apply with a very sticky surface. They do not skid.The only reason for a 4 star is that they come only in black - a choice of a different color would have been nice.

Writing after using for 2 weeks. The furniture really doesn't move behind. Can indeed be used for protecting walls from getting damaged.
