Looks amazing in person. Sonic art is incredible and I'm looking forward to making wall mounts for these things. Fires great. Fun to play with. Eye-protection suggested for everybody - not just kids. Included X-Shot darts are more consistent & accurate than Nerf's Elite 2.0 darts fired from the same blaster. Pull back the slide to prime the blaster, pull the trigger to fire. Can be slam fired. Trigger is pretty smooth. Slide feels amazing to pull back, but I'm a decently strong adult - young kid had trouble, had to hold it like he was opening a back of chips, has to use all of his strength to prime the thing. Maybe this review is more about how my kid needs to eat more meat, than any issue with the blaster itself? Secondary trigger releases the cylinders. Does not automatically seat the next cylinder like the similar looking Nerf thing does - you have to manually pop it into place (with a very satisfying snap, so it's more than fine), technically could be seated with a flick of the wrist, but it's not easy. Handles feel a bit hollow, blaster are front heavy, "safety" is fake/painted-on, enclosed handle could be a deal breaker for some grown-ups, but adds good rigidity to the whole package - nothing squeaks, whole thing feels solid.

This is a great blaster for an older child, who loves to be ready to shoot at any time. It’s great to be able to load so many of the darts, and be ready for all the challenges. Seems like 24 darts is a lot, but I think we could even use more with a gun this size. Nice that they’re interchangeable with some of the other blasters. Make it a very versatile toy, colorful and beautifully designed.

I recently bought two of these for my kids to play with and they both love them! They are both years apart in age too lol! They still love Nerf fights, they chase each other through the house and they love the way the nerf is built it’s great quality very durable, it’s taken many slams already! It seems quite easy to operate to me, yet I’m just the Mom. They operate it very quickly. They have tons of fun

It's really cool, when you load it, the lower trigger makes the rounds thing come out for faster loading. Bought this for the husband and I so we can have nerf wars. It did jam once for some weird reason when you slide back the bullet loader thing on top it's supposed to change the round to the next one. It wasn't doing that but we set it down and picked it up again later and it was fine so I don't know what was up with it.

Perfect for any sonic fan! This dart shot gun provides hours of fun for my little boy. Keeps him occupied for hours. Well made and very sturdy,definitely recommend!
