Update. These are for the newer style valve covers. So they do apply to the 5.4. If your valve cover is new style (8 bolts vs 14 right side) this one will work. If you have 14 bolts then you need the older off center covers. Had to replace mine during this project and found this out. Adjusted review.(Adjusted review added more info above.) Wrong. Way too small for the 05 f150 5.4. Not even close

They do the job if your old seal is hard and not sealing well.The old ones are probably cruded into place. Knock them out with a tool.Clean the pockets with a Scotch pad and push the new ones down in place, no tool is necessary.
