I rotated wet side to align with my cartridge filter, easy job. Gently work basket off of inlet, which is a tight seal, then on motor side remove two screws holding switch. There are the 4 long motor assembly screws that go through to the other side. Do not remove them or you’ll have a much harder job. Just back out enough to free the outlet, rotate 90 then screw back in as tight as you found them. Pop inlet basket back on, good to go!

On top of being 1 and 1/2 horsepower. Two speeds is handy. And the 3 way toggle switch is handy.

The one I got works good I plumbed it in a clients fountain first had it on the low speed but he thought the water fall was low and I just flipped the switch and regulated the flow a bit and it’s been perfect for the past 2 months

The pump seems great I had it for 5 weeks and then it just seemed to seized up I was very disappointed with that it was great with some of the features to have like the Dual switch for high and low but after 5 weeks it just died I contacted Amazon for replacement they wouldn't give me a replacement they decided to give me a refund I paid $135 for this pump and they only refunded me $110 so I took a loss of $25 on this deal what a loss that's terrible I would not recommend this pump and if you have problems with it you're going to lose money

So far it’s working which is more than I could say for the first 2 I ordered. Definitely buy the warranty on these!
