I’ve got an artist as a daughter. She’s going to be twelve. She’s really good, and we wanted to give her a drafting table for her art. This one is really good. I put it together by myself in about 45 minutes. There were only two screws that gave me trouble. But, it wasn’t too bad. I was able to make it all work. The materials seem real decent, and the instructions are OK if you pay attention to the drawing and the order of installation that they give you. like with many things coming from China, the directions could be better. However, I got this together by myself and really didn’t have any trouble. It looks great, and I like that we can put a light behind it for her to also do tracing. However, I think she’s going to get a lot of use out of this. I would also use it and I am 47 years old. I think it’s pretty good for the money. I’m not real sure thst anything else more expensive would be any better. So, I’m pretty pleased with it.

To begin with, it took me around two hours to set up the product on my own, but I had no trouble following the instructions.Secondly, I found the product to be quite sturdy and well-made. The glass is thick and has a professional look with a smoked aesthetic finish.Thirdly, the only issue I faced was with the stool. The screws weren't able to screw entirely through, but it still held weight and the issue was not significant.Lastly, the product is wide, and I had no problem raising the glass when needed. Overall, it is a good product, and I would definitely recommend it..

Beause of it's weight and bulk, Amazon contracts out these deliveries with a major service so don't expect pintpoint delivery time for you to accept this package. Thankful that it is packed from the factory very good.Found our delivery at our front driveway gate and I'm guessing because of it's size and weight, no one stole our package. After using our 2-wheeler to take to our garage, I opened the end of the box to find the glass to make sure it was not chipped or broken. Amazing it was not. Assembley was easy and the instruction were clear with decent pictures. Because of the packaging, identify and remove all the screws/nuts, small hardware and securely locate convenient to your assembly. Unlike alot of "you assemble" furniture, there is no extra screws if you happen to misplace one. Use the supplied open end wrench and allen wrench for assembly to prevent you from overtightening during assembly. You will also need a Phillips #2 screw driver, not inculded. When assembling items like this, I leave the screws less than snug until I complete the final assembly. Also, when inserting the height adjustment knobs, set you table at the lowest height as moving the the height up is easier than moving it down. The only concern the intended user of this desk is noticing is the slide in drawers may interfere with her knee when sitting for her intended use, painting. Also, the side tray does not include instructions on how to mount to the metal frame. It can be installed from the bottom of this metal frame with a little persuasion if you "Hold your mouth right" and cuss just a little. Overall, the drafting table seems sturdy and the adjustmens for angle work with ease. I think it is a keeper!!

This item was a gift for someone so I’ll try to update after some time has passed. Hopefully the table holds up.Cons: The stool is not sturdy. It has a wobble and so does the entire table. Listen to reviews about alignment issues with placement of holes. Beat for two people to install. There was some wire protruding from basket that could easily slice hands. The glass top does not fit into the frame rather is held on by four suction cups and a slate across the bottom top of the table. There were some scratches on the table but not anything super noticeable.Pros: The weight of the top of the table helps the wobble. One person can assemble but two is definitely better. Size is better than expected. The instructions are pretty clear if you take your time. The extra table space is definitely a plus!

I use this for painting. Putting together took me around an hour and I'm not handy. Only thing that was noticeable was a minor bend that I fixed in a few seconds from shipping. Overall great quality, much more sturdy than I was expecting for this price point. Decent amount of storage for paints and whatnot. Haven't used it for long only had it a few days. Searched for a long time for a decent easel or drafting table with movable top and landed on this. I usually have buyers remorse with a lot of things but this I consider a great deal.

Love this desk. I love that it tilts. I love that I can make a mess on it and easily clean it off. Even paint comes off with a gentle scraping. I have had other small draftsman's desk like this and they are not sturdy. This one is sturdy and easy to use. Comfortable size, big enough to work on but not too big bulky.Two concerns 1. Although I'm using the stool it could be a little more substantial .2. The 2 drawers are very convenient but could use handles.I would definitely recommend this desk.

All the parts and pieces were in the box. The instructions are adequate. It took me 3 hrs to assemble. The table is stable and looks great. When assembling the legs, put them at maximum height.
