I contacted the company because they parts tray opened in transit and several screws were missing. They emailed me back the next day and said they would replace the missing parts. A few days later I received another email saying the parts were lost in transit and they offered to send me a new cat tree litter box concealer instead of just the missing parts.I was very surprised and happy with how responsive and attentive they were and they definitely went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I received the second unit a little over a week after my first email to them.It was very easy to put together and my cats love it.Highly recommend this product, extremely sturdy, easy to assemble, matches the description exactly, nice appearance, plenty of room for the litter box and great for multiple cats.

This is a nice piece of furniture to both hide the litter box and provide your cat(s) with climbing and play opportunities. It looks nice and fits my space well. It did take some time to put together but the instructions were pretty clear to me. Note: I have put together a fair number of flat-packed pieces of furniture so experience helps.

I recently purchased this cat tree/house. It was easy to assemble, and my cats took to it immediately. They each have their own favorite spot. The litter box that came with the unit was too big to fit through the doors, so I had to get a smaller one. The mat that goes underneath the litter box catches any stray litter. With four cats, this unit is a great addition to my home. I'm thinking of buying another one to put on the other end of the house. Buy it, you won't regret it!

The product itself is good and assembles pretty easily. My cat likes it and it looks nice in the room I've placed it in.My only complaint is the packaging. The fasteners were placed in one plastic container that came opened during shipping, so I had to search for a bunch of small screws scattered throughout the box and take inventory of everything before assembly. Fortunately, I found everything, but it was annoying to deal with for something that seems easily avoidable. Simply tape the plastic hiding the fasteners shut or package then in individual air sealed bags (like most other furniture I've assembled).

Material is good quality and easy to assemble. Size is great for one or two cats. Definitely a great value for the money, I would change one thing the hanging basket would be slightly bigger.

Easy to put together following the instructions. Holds a large litterbox (large Exquisicat from PetSmart). I love the scratching board vestibule which keeps litter of my floors. Cats are happy with the tree and use the box. Looks nice in my living room.

I am incredibly happy with my purchase! It arrived fairly quickly, was easy to put together, and is incredibly sturdy. The bottom perfectly fits my 17 inch litter box and my cat loves the cat tree on top. Would highly recommend for anyone who owns a cat!
