I spent extra to purchase these buckets BECAUSE they were supposed to have metal handles. I required metal handles for durability since they were going to be utilized on my farm. The plastic itself is durable but these handles are going to last two seconds so now I will need to spend extra to purchase replacement handles or for materials to reinforce the handles which completely defeated the purpose of spending extra to have reinforced metal handles to begin with- I fully acknowledge that I should have read the reviews first, however I did not think I would need to because when I was comparing, The photos had metal handles depicted by this seller, when other sellers posted photos showing plastic handles. Bad business.

These are sturdy buckets but they do not have a wire bale as shown in the picture. The bale is a soft plastic flat band. I suspect they will not last long for my purpose. The shape is different as well. As a plus they do not seem to get stuck together easily when stacked.

Perhaps my expectations were off, but a paint storage container without a lid is useless. I am sure these can be used for a variety of other purposes, but not what I needed them for. Also I noticed the handles were detached from the buckets on one side, but probably could be pushed back in, I didn't try.

The buckets in the picture on amazon has buckets with metal handles. The buckets I received have plastic handles, which are easy the break and not reliable. 👎

When I opened the delivery box and took out the buckets, I couldn't pull out the first bucket. Then I noticed that the handles of the first two buckets were intertwined, which I was trying to untangle. What apparently happened, was the wire handles came apart from the plastic bucket. But in trying to attach the wire end back, I could readily tell that there wasn't a secure fitting on the side of the bucket for this end part. The wire end is slightly bent up and you have to angle it, to make it fit back in. But that took about 3 or 4 tries, because it wouldn't stay attached. Although, I did test the buckets and filled them with water and other heavy objects and the handle seemed to stay in place. The durability of these buckets are a little questionable, so I'm not sure the cost is fair.
