After dealing with rusty paint cans and paint that wants to mildew and age in the can, these containers were a great find. They hold plenty of paint and the mixer ball is great to get the paint ready to use. The size of the containers also makes them easy to store.

I love these containers so far. I find it easier to organize and storage my leftover paints since my house has limited storage space. I am a little nervous about the tops as it reminds me of regular kitchen tupperwares. However, I had an accident of tipping over the paint and all the paint was still concealed.

I didn't think to test the container with water before adding my paint. That was a mistake. It is definitely not airtight nor is it leak proof. The lid is very thin and the snap hinges look ready to pop. After adding my paint I picked up the container and gently squeezed it to test the seal. Air came out and sucked back in again. It's definitely not a vacuum seal. I can't trust these to store extra paint. I took a second container added water sealed the lid and gently shook the container. Yep water leaked all over the place. I am very glad I didn't shake it with paint in it. What a mess! I guess I will try to find a different manufacturer that might have a better quality seal.

These are perfect for what I needed but be careful when you shake. If the rubber tubing is off a little it will leak

Plastic folding lid locks look as they might limit multiple/repetitive uses. Based on my experience with other lids of this type, I expect the folding latch to fail after multiple opens/closes. I filled several containers & they seem to work as advertised. Time will tell.

These containers are wonderful for leftover paint. We can tell exactly what we have, and can keep the paint useful. So much better than an old paint can sitting around.
