This system is intended for business use. It may be rather difficult to setup for a home user without PBX or SIP experience. I linked it to Microsoft Teams with the SIP Gateway. The only catch there is you must download the latest firmware for the base and handsets or it will not work. The minimum firmware version is in the sip gateway documentation. The base handles up to 10 handsets and 10 accounts.

These phones and the bases work very well and we were happy with them in the office, but they were extremely difficult to set up. Even after calling the company for help setting up the phones and activating them, it took us several days to get them all set-up and functioning. The quality of the phones and bases is good and the sound quality was great, our ONLY issue was the set-up and activation!

The phones seem fine. We bought 6 handsets. The sound is great. I would have given the product 5 stars but the blet clips suck. They are big and bulky.

Signed up for ring central and had to provision phones took a long time. Took me around 10 hours total. Was a complete nightmare. First off there is a huge amount of confusion even with the ring central people about W56P vs. W56H. The P stands for ONE phone line the H is for several phone lines. The people at ring central even was confused about that. They lied to me saying I need to get "new phones" because it won't support TWO phones. What a joke. Any ways, the phones work and it's nice. I'm happy. They have 7 musical tones you can choose from and the screen is really large.

First, I purchased 4 phones and only received 2. When I tried to get them to connect to ring central, they would not connect. I spent 3 hours on the phone with ring central until they told me I would have to contact the manufacturer. Now I have to pay for the return.Do not buy!

For the most part they work will. Programing them can be finicky going back and forth from the "HUB" and then to the VOiP provider is a pair, especially it the unit isn't charged. The worst part is the charging stand. the unit does not clip-in it just rest in the cradle and the slightest touch causes it to fall out. You have to make sure it is seated or it won't charge.

When the phones arrived, they were poorly packaged, and the outer box was crushed. The box looked like it was taped by a 2-year-old and some of tape was coming off of the package. Fortunately, none of the equipment was damaged.Once setup the phones work as expected with my PBX.
