With so many refurbished IP phones being sold that are worthless due to vendor-locking; it is great this seller is selling legit un-locked yealink phones. This is my second purchase of a set of phones from this seller, and all of the phones I've bought from them have worked as they should. Amazing that this is the bar for excellence; but it is what it is. I will absolutely come back to this seller in the future for more of their offerings as our business expands and we have need of more refurbished equipment.GREAT JOB!

Great phone and Next Level Tech has quick customer service. One phone was missing the back kickstand and it was easily resolved and replaced. When we need another phone, we will order thru them! Thank you Next Level Tech!

If you are using 3CX phone system - these units are ready to go out of the box - provisioned and fully activated in less than 5 minutes. For the cost, you are talking about one of the latest technology devices, supporting the latest codec, OPUS. These devices are excellent for both on-premise, cloud hosted or remote office locations.

The refurbished phone that was sent was one specificity made for Verizon Wireless. There was not way to clear the RSP setting that downloads there configuration for provisioning VOIP accounts. The description for this product does not mention this. Beware of this refurbished unit.

The phone came with no DC cable,when sourcing a DC plug form another phone, it was not able to configure as when the tech guys tried it was disabled and Greyed out,they managed to get it to work without some of the side buttons working, real shame the seller could have put it to factory reset aswell as the configure stage, even when reseting to factory still nothing as it needs to be configured,I wouldn't buy again for sure,
