We bought 9 of these phones for our office. Installation was a breeze, although you do need to contact your VOIP provider for setup instructions. The fact that the phones allow for both ethernet and WiFi connection is a great PLUS. Cabled connections are always preferable, but we had a few users that needed to be through WiFi. The speed and sound clarity were the same for both connections.The phones also allow for POE which is quite convenient. All-in-all, we're very satisfied.

These are great modern phones. It's nice that they are wifi also so it doesn't require a cat cable with POE. It can be powered by POE but you can also use the adapter if you are putting the phone somewhere without a Cat connection.

Bought this product page for a version with a power adapter so I didn't have two separate orders. The phone came and there was no power adapter in the shipment.

The phoned did not come with and king of instruction booklet or a link on how to set up the phone or use the features. I am still lost on how to use the functions.

The phone worked for 4 months before the software went south will not work, cannot reprogram or reset.Find another phone. I bought 3 phone and 1 is now dead. Amazon gives you a 30-day warranty.don't buy from them.
