I bought this for my Go Ruck. It fits perfectly in the long compartment of my Rucker 4.0. It's a fraction of the price as the Go Ruck brand & serves the same purpose. The edges are rounded so it will not wear & tear your gear up. It has 2 handles, one at each end for other functional training purposes too.

Yes4ALL Cast Iron Ruck weights. This is the 20 pound weight. It fits perfectly in my backpack so I can do squats, curls, pushups. The quality is nice. I think I will order the 30 pound ruck weight in addition to this one. Of course it’s made in China. All the weights I bought when I was younger for weight training were all made in the USA. Cost is $28 so it’s $1.40/pound. Well worth it.

This fits perfectly in a GoRuck RPC 3.0 long. For the price, it can't be beat. The weight is within tolerance and evenly distributed, and the finish is solid. For a 35 lb ruck plate, you won't beat the value proposition offered here.

While it is probably not as shiny or polished as a GoRuck plate, it's less than 1/2 the price of those plates so I figured I'd give it a try. I mean, it's just a hunk of iron with a protective coating right? And so far it's working out great.I'm currently using this 30lb plate with a 5.11 Rush 12 2.0 pack and the combo is working out great so far.The 30lb plate easily fits in the laptop compartment and it snugly fits in its water bladder compartment which is where I have it. I say snugly because this 30lb plate (14.68x9.48x1.02) will fit in the water bladder compartment, but it barely clears the rounded zipper opening. You have to kind of work it a little to get it past the opening but once it's in, it fits great.Eventually I'm going to buy a 45lb yes4all plate but at 1/3 inch taller and thicker, I don't think it will fit in the water bladder zipper. I think it would fit in the compartment, you just wouldn't be able to close the zipper. The 45lb one would easily fit in the laptop compartment though. So my plan is to work up to a point where this 30lb plate is in the water bladder compartment and the 45 lb plate is in the laptop compartment for a total of 75lbs.Hope that helps someone out who is on the fence about this plate or the 5.11 Rush 12 2.0 pack!

Purchased a thirty pound and a ten pound weight. They fit nicely into the rucksack. The weights I received were accurate to within 0.2 lbs.

Purchased a returned plate said it had cosmetic damage the quality was better than expected there was only a small paint chip out of it so that’s great very versatile the ability to fit in a ruck sack is great since that’s what I purchased it for.

Exactly what I was looking for. Mine didn't have the "yes4all" stamped but only the weight, which is fine by me. Finishing looks good. Buying more of these.The dimensions are almost identical to the "long" GoRuck plates, not the standard ones, so be aware of that.
