This product lives up to its description. There is no gray in between, it actually does what it says it does. Very strong resistance and accuracy for its functions. The adjustments are very versatile so it can be used by children, women and men. The handles are very sturdy and comfortable for grip while using it. I highly recommend getting this. It was an amazing Christmas gift I got for my husband but then got lucky to find out myself and our boys can also use it.

this device is working WELL for me.. id re-buy it if I needed to, its very sturdy and it really hit my muscles good and deep, I already feel strong after just using it a few work outs. I do recommend this tool it is a great strengthening device. plus you beat the price. its a win win..** I add: okay so i tore loose my front rotator cuff on my right shoulder 2 yrs ago, healed it with zero surgery, and its just fresh too, so this device when I bought it, I thought it might be too much, and I am glad to say ..it is healed and this device really really put it too the test ..that's food for thought, if you have any injury, prior to use , really be careful. If you don’t have a lot of time to visit the gym and don’t have space for a weight bench, this is a decent option. It adjusts easily so if you change which muscle groups you target, you can adjust the resistance up and down in seconds. It won’t do everything, but with a little creativity, you can use it to work shoulders, biceps, triceps and even some core muscles. Well made.

I bought this with a negative thought that it would be cheap and worthless I was wrong I have used it now for 2 days and I am hooked on how it works your upper body if you are a beginner or a pro this machine is just amazing you have to try this to understand the feeling you get from just one workout

this is a great solid product easy to use I will let you know in a few weeks after I have been using it for a while I want you to contact Amazon customer service the product has been delivered to my neighbor's apartment luckily my neighbor was honest and delivered my product back to me around 8 p.m. Yesterday these mistakes from Amazon delivery service shouldn't be happening

Worst product I have ever purchased off Amazon. The handles on this thing had red dye on both handles that was still wet when I received upon delivery. After using the apparatus, I touched things in my house and they were immediately stained Red, on top of that, the Red dye would not come off. I had to throw several items in the trash...bed sheets, soap dispenser, dishes and etc. DO NOT BUY

I love it so easy to use , saw an electronic version which was more money , but this is just a center dialI set and forget it till I can easily move up the level resistance. I'm not putting doen the electronic models , just thought adjusting settings electronically might give out at some point. There is more routines and uses , so there is a market for a more complex adjusting method. But for me this one is great !!!! Would recommend this unit it's solid built piece of equipment !!!

This little sturdy thing looks like a tool not your typical gym equipment and it does the job very well. It has many levels and you can really workout. Good value for the money.

Great work out tool but got me I will likely keep it down to the 3 lowest settings. It can go into the hundreds of lbs resistance level which most people will never use. Use it daily as part of my exercise plan. Well made.

I like to do different types of workouts. I lift free weights , do pushups , use resistance bands and many other types of equipment. This equipment is portable and easy to store. But still powerful to use. You can set the resistance to very low and easy or setup to very high resistance and hard. This has been a very nice addition to my other forms of exercises. I like it and will keep using it. Thank you for a great piece of gear.
