I purchased the spotting drill to be used on a CNC router. Since owning the spot drill, I have used it well over 200 times in aluminum. The drill tip has held up well. I plan on making additional purchases in the future.

I use the spot drill on my cnc mill. the spot drills work faster and I don't worry about breaking the tip off like a center drill.
