Q: Can it convert the frequency from 50Hz to 60Hz?
A: NO. Only the voltage is changed, not the frequency, but it has no effect on most appliances.
Q: Will this work for my appliance?
A: This depends on how many watts of power you are using in your appliances.Some appliances, such as heating appliances, power tools, coffee maker, laser printers, require 2-4 times more watts at start up than the printed rated wattage.We recommend 3X efficiency factor for high wattage heat producing items such as Air Condition, Welding Equipment etc.
Q: Can it be used in other countries like Australia, Europe, Israel, etc.?
A: Yes.But the transformer is equipped with an American Standard power cord, if used in other country you may need a plug adapter.
Q: Can each of the 2 available outlets handle the maximum load independently and separately, or does each outlet have a watt limit?
A: The sockets are not independent, make sure that their combined power does not exceed the transformer.

- Please select the correct input voltage on the back of the transformer before using(110V in US).

- It is not possible to convert 120V to 100V for use. This transformer will generally step up the voltage to twice the original or step down the voltage to one-half the original.

We purchased two of them - one 2000W and another 3000W converter. They were easy to use and worked as expected. However, the 2000W version stopped working after 3+ months.Update: customer service proactively reached out after my initial review and offered to send me a 3000W replacement for the 2000W one that broke.

I actually purchased a 2000W transformer from Yinleader initially, after moving from Europe back to the States, to support certain appliances. One of which required 1500W power supply, so I thought, without reading enough about the product, that 2000W would cover my needs. After a few months, the transformer began to fail sporadically, and mostly stopped working after about 5 months. I contacted their tech support to see if there were any suggestions (I wasn't hopeful, because I was outside the return and the support windows, both.)Huang in Tech Support, however, answered immediately, explaining that they strongly recommend purchasing a transformer that supplies at least 2x your power requirements, and included the snapshot of their product recommendations. That meant it was my fault that I burned out the first transformer.Instead of leaving it at that, however, which they had the right to do, Huang offered to refund me the first purchase if I was interested in paying the cost difference to the higher 3000W model that I needed. Obviously, that is exactly what I was interested in, and so I took the offer, purchased the new model, got a refund immediately, and am powering all of my appliances again, but correctly this time!Thank you to Yinleader - both making a great product and also standing behind it.

I purchased a 220V to 110V transformer in July 2022 for a device with lower power consumption than what the transformer is rated for (2000VA). However, less than a year later, the device suddenly stopped working, causing a complete power outage in my house. After resetting the circuit breaker, the transformer started emitting sparks and a strong burning smell, prompting me to immediately disconnect all power. It has now become completely useless. This product is not only unreliable but also poses a severe fire hazard, as it could have caused a fire if the malfunction occurred when no one was present.I am extremely disappointed with the quality and safety of this transformer. It not only failed to perform its intended function but also put my household at risk. I expected a product that would last longer and provide reliable voltage conversion, especially considering the device's lower power requirements.I strongly advise against purchasing this transformer due to its hazardous nature. The potential for a fire is a significant concern, and the consequences could be catastrophic. I urge the manufacturer to address these safety issues immediately and ensure that their products undergo thorough testing to meet industry standards.Do yourself a favor and invest in a different transformer from a reputable brand. Your safety and the well-being of your property should never be compromised.

I previously purchased three of the 500W models, and they work perfectly for smaller appliances. One unit did malfunction, but the company replaced it at no cost, so I was happy with their customer service. When it came to our water dispenser, though, I opted for the more powerful 1000W version. It’s been connected 24/7 and performs flawlessly.If you’re planning to use these for larger appliances, such as subwoofers, refrigerators, or anything similar, I highly recommend going with the 1000W version instead of the 500W. En septiembre de 2024 adquirà el convertidor de 2000w para utilizar con una cafetera Nespresso europea en EEUU.Después de 2 meses funcionando sin problemas, el convertidor dejó de funcionar. Al ponerme en contacto con la empresa, tras preguntarme sobre el uso que le daba al convertidor, no solo me solventaron el problema, si no que me enviaron de forma gratuita un nuevo convertidor de potencia superior, 3000w, estimándose más adecuado para mis necesidades.Sin duda una atención al cliente excepcional, una empresa de total confianza.

I initially bought a 2000W converter for my 220V electric kettle, but it kept shutting down, and I had to press a button on the back of the converter to restart it each time. Fortunately, the customer service team was great and reached out and recommended that I buy the Model 3000 instead. They even offered me a discount, so I purchased the 3000W model, and now it works perfectly with my kettle.

Took this to be able to make my nespresso coffee machine work in North Africa and boom!! Works perfectly ! Too bad it only has one plug for 110 V but I can’t complain! All the appliances I took from Canada to North Africa work perfectly!

I had sent this product to Sri Lanka in order convert 220 - 240v to 110 - 120v for certain items like hand vacuum. All new transformer and vacuum just turn on had a hum that's normal then connected vacuum charger and within some time the whole unit started making noise like an air fryer and was boiling hot the vacuum is also gone. This product does not perform as seller advertises. Now I have spent money and got nothing. Frustrating
