Upon opening this stool I did have to assemble it which was very easy 5 minutes tops. I thought wow this is small wondering if I ordered a children's by mistake. However I gave it a try. It's very sturdy and is the perfect height. It has a safety feature of making the legs slightly higher on one side to ensure the stool stays put. The top is hard wood but not slippery at all. Nice stool.

I ordered that to put my fan next to my bed. It's perfect! It is very easy to assemble. Took me about 10 minutes. It is sturdy and it looks nice :)

You might say this little stool is Tiny But Mighty. For that reason I think that the price is almost double what it should have been . I think $16 max would have been inappropriate price for this item. The price that's listed, the price I paid is a better price for a bigger product. The measurements are accurate I didn't take photos of the measurements but I did measure and they are accurate but for some reason many people mention that it looks smaller than the ad photos. I was a little surprised how small it is but it is very sturdy. I have a loft bed with stairs that go up on the side and after adding leg extenders to the loft bed legs I needed a stool that would help me reach that first step. I have to have something midway between 18 inches. This little 9-in stool matched perfectly with the black Square metal design of my loft bed and helped me to reach that first step. I wish it was a little wider but I bought what was being sold and it does the job multiple times a day... everyday. The benefits are that it's small size doesn't get in the way in small spaces and I feel really good that I can depend on it not tipping over when I'm coming down the loft bed stairs backwards. I weigh 130 lb and it holds me very securely even on a carpeted floor no wobbling no tipping no nothing it's very stable. It would be really sturdy for a little kids but it may be a little too heavy.

This has been perfect to help to get my short self in our tall bed, after I've had elbow surgery. It's the perfect size to not be in the way. It gives me the perfect height to sit on the side of the bed without having to use my arm. It's also very sturdy. My 16 year old nephew put it together for me in about 10 minutes. Great value, feels safe, and very sturdy and very light weight making it easy to move if I need to.

I love this little table. I bought it to use as a stool to sit on when accessing lower shelves, which I will use it for when needed, but it’s so attractive that I have a small speaker on it, my phone charger and two cookbooks sitting beside a chair in the living room. Its heavy and seemed sturdy but my daughter stepped too far to one side and it fell over and hit her shin. She has a nice bruise now. Love the look but in terms of safety, if its for a child or older person I would not take the risk.
