I love this little seat! I'm unable to sit on the floor and this seat gets me close enough to work on electrical outlets and other close-to-the-ground projects while still being comfortable, being able to keep all the things I need nearby, and be able to move side-to-side without getting up! It originally came with the incorrect assembly instructions, but the company responded quickly with a pdf of the correct ones. It's sturdy, can hold my weight, and is everything I was looking for to help me continue to be helpful and productive!

What worse than poorly translated instructions? Maybe no instructions? Nope, was shipped with instructions for a previous/ future model. After a short bit of head scratching, it was pretty obvious where everything went. I included a picture in case you're here scratching your head.Outside of that, the stool gets 4/5 on comfort. The metal supports did start deforming slightly when tightening the fasteners. Rollers are pretty smooth, even with slight pitting and cracked concrete. Center drawer droops when pulled out and will fall out easily. Overall quality is fair and borderline 3/5 stars but gets 4 for effort. Will update if the stool fails in the near future.

This seat is great, however I am tired of companys selling items that need to be assembled with incoherent assembly instructions. The instructions were Not even the same seat for that I gave it 4 stars.
