They do exactly as they say. They stick very well and they’re flexible. These are the best ones I’ve used so far. They work well on raw inner barrels and powdercoat as well.

This is my second box of these weights. The stick good and never had one come off as long as you clean the wheel.

I actually didn't use these as intended.Our Scouts BSA Troop hosts an annual Pinewood Derby clinic for local Cub Scout Packs. I discovered these and thought to give it a try because they are so much less expensive than weights being sold to attach to the wood cars. The adhesion on these is amazing. They are very low profile so they don't interfere with the cars ability to roll. And of course you can add just the right number to get to the desired car weight.
